Health Care & Insurance
KATA Tech provides comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage for its regular full-time employees and their dependents. Employees have the option of choosing from high quality plans, and we pay a majority percentage of premium cost for each employee. If you choose not to use our health benefits you will receive cash back at the end of the year. We also provide Life insurance (double your base salary) and Short/Long Term disability coverage for all of our regular full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
KATA Tech provides a 401k Retirement Plan to its full-time employees. In addition, we will match dollar for dollar on the first 3% of your contribution.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO consists of general leave and is available to regular full-time employees to provide opportunities for vacation, recuperation and presonal time off from work. Employees will accrue paid time off benefits on a bi-weekly basis, in addition to 10 paid Government holidays (New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas).
